Lee Boyd have considerable space planning and fit out experience and over the last 4 years have worked continuously for HBOS on a large number of projects varying in scale from £50,000 to £5m. Most of these projects have been procured on a design and build basis using Sharkey as specialist contractors. We work very closely with both the Client and Contractor on a fast track programme of works.

 The projects include strategic reorganisation, specification of fittings and finishes, design of reception areas, breakout spaces, toilets, cafes and DDA compliance.
