LANDSCAPING
Landscaping can be an integral part of a buildings success in its relationship with its surroundings. Lee Boyd have worked on a variety of projects which range from dedicated landscaping proposals for a large Perthshire estate, which included integrated art installations, to landscaping associated with building projects, such as at Greenbank and Pitt Street. At Greenbank, the building extends into its landscape with play areas and public terraces for use by the Church groups. Further landscaping projects include those intended to improve access to existing buildings, such as at the Gallery of Modern Art, where the Practice has integrated new ramps, steps and thresholds.
